Bill Graig and Chris Alonso, both experienced test pilots, were flying over the Pacific Ocean last year when their plane suddenly crashed. They found themselves adrift in a rubber lifeboat with not much hope of rescue.

Their luck finally turned after four weeks when they spotted a ship in the distance. The ship came to their rescue, bringing them aboard and providing them with proper food and medical care. The experience left a lasting impression on them, and they decided to write a book about their survival story. They titled the book "Survivors," which has become a best-seller and an inspiration to many.
